So I'm getting off of comic-genesis's free hosting in favor of my own! It's noting CG has done particularly (downtimes kind of suck...but they can't really help it) I've been thinking of getting out of there for a while, it just took a bit of incentives to do it.
The new site won't cost much $10 a month...and it's all kick ass and unlimited. I got in with Dreamhost when they were doing this '11th year anniversary' deal-y. I hear they're a reputable place too...so things are looking up.
I've already move the entirety of book two over and the auto-update thing is working (crossing fingers, final test will be tonight). I've got all the content and web-pages moved over too...in a spiffy new layout. I just have to tweak a few things (image size) and we'll be golden.
I hope no one will even notice a hick-up when I transfer the domain...but I can't be sure until it happens. I'm looking into it right now...
But wish me luck, things'll work out ok, I'm sure.
